Programs
On this page you may download my home made programs and screensavers. If you have trouble downloading the files, try right-click the link and choose 'save target as...'.
All files have been zipped with winzip (www.winzip.com).
All programs run under the Windows operating system and they should work on all Windows versions. Some files are available in both 'unzip and run'-style (without set up) and 'setup'-style (with setup). All programs are freeware, with the exception of Puac 3.
The following programs need visual basic 5 run-time files to be executed.
You'll probably have these on your computer already. If the file msvbvm50.dll
is not installed in your windows\system directory, download it here
(microsoft.com).

Puac specific; astronomy | |
| LETA is a simple program which converts export files from the lunar occultation workbench program to alarm group files for Puac. When loaded into Puac, an alarm will sound before each lunar occultation. | ||

| AIFA is a simple program which converts the output files from Rob Matson's IRIDFLAR program to alarm group files for Puac. When loaded into Puac, an alarm will sound before each iridium flare. | ||

| This program will let the computer tell you the date and/or time in various formats. The program requires that you have the SAPI 5.1 or later installed, which you may download here (microsoft.com). | ||

Screensaver | |
| This is a screensaver which makes your screen look dirty with fingerprints and all. It originally was some experiment, but it ended up being a screensaver. It's not very good, but it works. | ||
The following programs need "vb40032.dll" to be executed. There's a chance you have it already installed on your computer. If you have it, it should dwell in your windows\system directory and you needn't download it. If you don't have it, you can download it in a zip-file here (381 kB) and put it in your windows\system directory.
